Trendy v legislativách povinného odevzdávání online publikací v evropských zemích

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat platné legislativní dokumenty povinného depozitu online publikací vybraných evropských zemí (Dánska, Francie, Lucemburska, Německa, Rakouska, Slovinska, Spojeného království a Španělska) skrze překlad a interpretaci těch částí týkajících se definování termínů, předmětu a sběru povinného depozitu online publikací a jeho zpřístupňování uživatelům. Na základě těchto překladů a interpretací je potom porovnat mezi sebou a také v kontextu směrnice UNESCO k legislativám povinného depozitu. Na závěr pak podat doporučení k nové legislativě České republiky.

Purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze current legislative documents on legal deposit of online publications of selected European countries (Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, United Kingdom and Spain) through translation and interpretation of parts concerning definitions of terms, subject and acquisition of legal deposit of online publications and its access to users. Based on these translations and interpretations then compare them between each other and also in context of the UNESCO Guidelines for Legal Deposit Legislation. In the end of the thesis present recommendations for new Czech republic legislation.
