Abstract

Název Polohování pacientů v hipoterapii Cíle Zmapovat a zanalyzovat nejčastěji využívané polohy a pravidla polohování v hipoterapii, při které se využívá blahodárného působení trojrozměrného pohybu hřbetu koně. Cílovou skupinou jsou hiporehabilitační centra, která aktivně provozují svojí činnost pod záštitou České hiporehabilitační společnosti. Metoda Diplomová práce je zpracována v první části metodou sběru literatury českých i zahraničních autorů a v druhé části je pro metodu sběru využita anketa, na kterou zodpovídala oslovená hiporehabilitační centra. Řešení Práce se zabývá všeobecným popisem hiporehabilitace a vyhodnocení ankety. Hipoterapie je odvětví hiporehabilitace, které využívá především trojrozměrný pohyb koňského hřbetu. Neodmyslitelnou součástí provozování je profesionální tým a kůň. Každý pacient, který podstupuje tuto terapii je individuální a také se s ním tak zachází. Je nutné, aby terapeut, správně volil polohy a využíval dalšího polohování pro pacienty. Výsledky ankety ukazují jakou neodmyslitelnou roli hraje vyškolený terapeut, na němž závisí průběh léčby a také komplexnost terapie vzhledem k různým onemocněním pacientů, který tuto terapii využívají. Title Positioning of patiens in hippotherapy Goals The goal of my thesis was maping and analysing positions and rules which are mostly used in hippotherapy, in which is used healthfull efekt of three dimentional motion of horses back. The target group are centers of rehabilitation, which are using hippotherapy under The Czech Hippotherapy Company, actively. Method Thesis is consisted of two sections. The first is consisted of data collection from czech and abroads literature, and in the second section is consisted of quastionnaire filled by hippotherapy centers. Results The thesis deals with descripton of hipporehabilitation and evaluation of questionnaire. The hippotherapy is a subsection of hipporehabilitation, which is using three dimentional motion of herses back. The main part of using hippotherapy is professional team and a horse. Every patient, who entres this therapy is individual, and by this is cared for him. It is necessary to choose the right positions and use another positions ofr patient. The results of questionnaire shows how important the graded therapeutist is. On the therapeutist depends the process of threatment and complection of the therapy due to another diseases of patients.
