Abstract

Práce se věnuje problematice systému podpory rodin dětí se zdravotním postižením. Cílem této práce je zkoumání současných podpůrných systémů rodin dětí se zdravotním postižením na území České republiky. Teoretická část popisuje základní charakteristiky jednotlivých druhů zdravotních postižení, je zaměřena na život rodin, které pečují o dítě s postižením, přibližuje teorii sítí a v potřebných souvislostech zdůrazňuje problematiku sociální pomoci o jedince se zdravotním postižením a možnosti využívání svépomocných skupin. K získání potřebných dat pro naplnění cíle práce bylo využito strukturovaného rozhovoru jako jedné z technik kvalitativního výzkumu. Respondenty se stali rodiče dětí se zdravotním postižením. Protože výzkumný soubor diplomové práce obsahuje pouze dvacet rodin dětí se zdravotním postižením, není možné získané poznatky zobecnit na veškeré rodiny pečující o děti se zdravotním postižením na celém území ČR. Je nutné k tomuto faktu přihlédnout a veškeré závěry aplikovat pouze pro zkoumaný soubor, který vznikl na určitém místě a v určitou dobu. This work is devoted to problems of support systems of families with handicap children. The aim of this work is exploring the support systems of families with handicap children in the Czech Republic. (There is possibility to compare the region of Prague and Pardubice.) The theoretical part describes basic characterization of disability, it is intent on families who are take care of children with disability, it describes too social network and it also points out the common problems of the social care for individuals with handicap and possibilities of support goups. In order to achieve the aim of this work, it was necessary to obtain needful data. Therefore, a structured interview was used as one of the techniques of qualitative research. Among those who were interviewed were parents of handicap children. Because there are only twenty families in the research group of this diploma thesis it is not possible to generalize obtained information for all families with handicap children.
