Abstract

Analýza nákladů na zdravotní péči pojištěnců VZP ČR Abstrakt Cílem této práce je analyzovat náklady na zdravotní péči za pojištěnce VZP ČR, a to jak z hlediska pohlaví a věku, tak z regionálního hlediska. Analýza byla provedena spočítáním průměrných nákladů na zdravotní péči podle daných hledisek. Při studiu nákladů z regionálního hlediska byla využita statistická metoda analýzy rozptylu, která zkoumala, zda se náklady na zdravotní péči v regionech statisticky významně odlišují. Praktické části této práce předchází teoretická kapitola, která se věnuje zasazení zdravotnictví a s ním souvisejícími náklady na zdravotní péči do souvislostí s pojmy a definicemi, které se této problematiky dotýkají. V práci je také podán historický vývoj zdravotního pojištění na našem území a identifikovány ekonomické aspekty péče o zdraví a zdravotnictví. Statistická analýza pro tuto práci byla provedena ve statistickém software IBM SPSS a byla založen na unikátním datovém souboru. V rámci regionální analýzy byla data vykreslena pomocí programu ArcMap. Klíčová slova: náklady na zdravotní péči, zdravotnický systém v ČR, VZP ČR, IBM SPSS

The Health Care Costs Analysis of Policyholders of VZP ČR Abstract The main objective of this thesis is an analysis of VZP ČR policyholder`s health care costs in terms of sex, age and regions. The analysis was performed by calculating the average health care cost according to given points of view. The analysis of variance was applied during a research of costs in terms of regions and it examined if there are statistically major differences in costs of health care in each region. There is a theoretical chapter before the practical part of this thesis, which links terms and definitions with medical care and it`s costs. In this thesis there is also a description of the historical development of medical insurance on our territory and an identification of the economic aspects of health care and the medical system. The statistical analysis for this thesis was done in statistical software IBM SPSS and is based on unique data file. The datas from regional analysis were drawn using the program ArcMap.
