legal Spanish, Spanish constitution, terminology(česky) Tématem bakalářské práce je jazyk španělské ústavy v kontextu právní španělštiny. Havním cílem práce je charakterizovat jazyk španělské ústavy. V první části převládá teoretický základ a je v ní představeno shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o právní španělštině získaných metodou literární rešerše. Rovněž obsahuje překlady jednotlivých charakteristických jevů napříč španělským právním řádem. Druhá část práce se věnuje lingvistické analýze textu španělské ústavy. Jazykové jevy jsou zde nejdříve charakterizovány a následně demonstrovány na konkrétních příkladech. Poslední část práce je věnovaná otázce modernizace právní španělštiny v kontextu nejednoznačnosti výkladu právních norem.
(in English): The theme of this thesis is lengauge of the Spanish constitution in the context of legal Spanish. The main objective of the thesis is to characterize the language of the Spanish constitution. In the first part, the theoretical base established through a summary of past and contemporary knowledge using the method of literary research. It also contains the examples of the charakteristic features across the Spanish legal norms. The second part of the thesis is focused on a linguistic analysis of the Spanish constiturtion. At first, the linguistic features are defined and then demonstrated through concrete examples. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the question of modernization of legal Spanish in the context of multivalent interpretation of legal norms.
