Zájem o nepovinná očkování v okrese Louny

Abstract

v českém jazyce Bakalářské práce je věnována nepovinnému očkování. Stavu proočkovanosti a spokojenosti rodičů s informacemi poskytovanými na toto téma. V teoretické části je krátce nastíněna historie vzniku očkování vůbec, a jeho postupné zavádění v České republice. Vysvětluje pojmy imunita a imunizace, popisuje jednotlivé infekční nemoci, proti kterým se lze v současnosti dobrovolně nechat očkovat, s výčtem dostupných očkovacích látek na trhu. Dále jsou zmíněny doporučené postupy, legislativa a povinnosti zdravotnického personálu, které mají být dodrženy při aplikaci. V empirické části je vyhodnocení kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno od září do října roku 2015 formou dotazníku. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit proočkovanost nepovinnými vakcínami v okrese Louny, a spokojenost rodičů s mírou poskytovaných informací. Z distribuovaných 165 dotazníků bylo hodnoceno 106 zodpovězených. Výsledky ukázaly, že proočkovanost jednotlivými vakcínami je 61,3 %, přičemž největší zájem je o vakcíny proti pneumokokovým nákazám. Pokud není dítě očkované nad rámec povinnosti, pak hlavním důvodem jsou pochyby o užitečnosti očkovacích látek 33,3 %. v anglickém jazyce (Summary): Bachelor thesis is devoted to non-mandatory vaccination. These vaccines immunization status and parents' satisfaction with the information provided on this topic. The theoretical part deals with the history of vaccination in general, and its gradual implementation in The Czech Republic. It explains the concepts of immunity and immunization, describes various infectious diseases against which it can now voluntarily get vaccinated, including a list of available vaccines on the market. There are also discussed best practices, legislation and duties of medical personnel, to be followed when applying. In the empirical part is to evaluate quantitative research that was carried out from September to October 2015, questionnaire was used.
