Specifika individuálního plánování sociálních služeb s osobami se syndromem demence

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities and limitations of the planning care and support to people with dementia. Diseases that lead to the dementia syndrome causing difficulties in almost all areas of life of the person who suffering from the syndrome. A person with dementia then requires specific approaches by others. The aim of this thesis is to identify the specifics of individual planning of social services with people with dementia and find out how is the individual planning with these persons done in selected homes with the special regime in the Capital City Prague and Central Bohemia.The first part provides an overview of current knowledge in the field of related topics. The second part contains the research which was carried in selected nine special regime homes in the Prague and Central Bohemia. In the research were used methods of semi- structured interviews and analysis of documents. In the research was found that the planning with people with dementia is in some aspects different from the planning with people without cognitive impairment. In this planning are more used methods that allow to establish contact with the client and identify and transmit information among employees. Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi a omezeními v plánování péče a podpory s osobami se syndromem demence. Onemocnění, která vedou ke vzniku syndromu, způsobují obtíže téměř ve všech oblastech života osoby, jež je jeho nositelem. Člověk se syndromem demence pak vyžaduje specifické přístupy svého okolí. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaká jsou specifika individuálního plánování sociálních služeb s osobami se syndromem demence a jak probíhá individuální plánování s těmito osobami ve vybraných domovech se zvláštním režimem na území hl.m. Prahy a Středočeského kraje. První část práce obsahuje přehled o dosavadních poznatcích v oblasti souvisejících témat. Druhá část práce je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn ve vybraných devíti domovech se zvláštním režimem na území hl. m. Prahy a Středočeského kraje. Výzkum byl uskutečněn za použití metod polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů. Při výzkumném šetření bylo zjištěno, že je plánování s osobami se syndromem demence v některých rysech odlišné od plánování s osobami bez narušených kognitivních funkcí. Při plánování jsou více využívány metody, které umožňují navázat kontakt s klientem, zjišťovat a předávat informace mezi pracovníky.
