Lingvistické aspekty informační vědy v aplikaci recentního odborného jazyka s důrazem na oblast anatomické terminologie

Abstract

Ačkoli je anatomická terminologie užívána více než 2.000 let, svého prvního oficiálního vydání se dočkala až v roce 1895. Potřeba vytvoření závazné nomenklatury vznikla z důvodu vysoké synonymity termínů, které pojmenovávaly jednotlivé anatomické struktury. Na konci 19. století totiž existovalo více než 50.000 termínů pro cca 5.000 tehdy známých struktur. Tato synonymita vnášela a stále vnáší chaos zejména do oblasti rešeršních úkonů. Důvodem je, že většina rešerší prováděných nejen přímo specialisty z oblasti medicíny, ale i informačními specialisty, nerespektuje historický vývoj termínů, a to nejen v historických pramenech, ale, a to zejména, v jednotlivých vydáních oficiálních terminologií. Dalším problémem, který znesnadňuje rešeršní činnost, je chybné užívání anatomických termínů, neznalost a chybné užívání latinské gramatiky, ale, v neposlední řadě, i amerikanizace latinských termínů. Samostatnou kapitolou je neexistence oficiální české anatomické terminologie, která svádí ke stále větší tvorbě novotvarů termínů, a tím dochází opět ke zvýšení synonymity. Tato práce představuje výše uvedené problémy na příkladech z oblasti vybraných struktur lidského těla a to pohybového aparátu a cévního systému: tihové váčky - burzy, 33 vybraných kosterních svalů, VIII. hlavový nerv, eponymní termín Achillova šlacha...

Although anatomical terminology is in use for more than 2000 years, its first official publication achieved in 1895. The need for development of cogent nomenclature arose due to the high level of synonyms labeling individual anatomical structures. Thus towards the end of the 19th century existed more then 50 000 terms describing approximately 5 000 known structures at that time. Such synonymity caused and still causes chaos, especially in the research activities field. The reason for this is fact that most of the research performed not directly by medical field specialists but also information field specialists does not respect the historical evolution of terms. More, it mixes them according to different issues of the official terminologies. Also, further making the research activity complicated is wrong use of anatomical terms, lack of knowledge and misuse of latine grammary and last but not least americanization of the latine terms. Another hot topic is non existence of the official Czech anatomical terminology. This leads to increased tendency of neologisms formation which in turn causes increase of synonymities.
