Ochrana práv seniorů v pobytových zařízeních

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou lidských práv seniorů v pobytových sociálních zařízeních. Práce popisuje vývoj sociální péče o seniory. Je zde zdůrazněna důležitost zákona o sociálních službách, standardů kvality sociálních služeb a s tím související kvalita sociálních služeb a její kontrola. Dále je práce zaměřena na zkušenosti s ochranou práv seniorů v pobytových zařízeních. V jejím závěru je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, zda senioři znají svá práva a zda je při poskytování sociálních služeb uplatňují. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This thesis deals with the protection of human rights of seniors in residential social institutions. The thesis describes the development of social care of the elderly people. The importance of the law on social services, social services quality standards and related quality of social services and its control are stressed. The thesis is further focused on experience in protecting the rights of older people in residential facilities.
