Obchodní vztahy mezi Československem a Egyptem v 50. a 60. letech 20. století

Abstract

(česky): Tématem této práce je popsání československo-egyptských obchodních vztahů v 50. a 60. letech 20. století se zaměřením na dodávky zbraní do Egypta a Sjednocené arabské republiky. V práci bude také nastíněn vývoj Blízkého východu v daném období (jako kontext pro téma budu částečně sledovat i vznik Státu Izrael, arabsko- izraelské války, vliv supervelmocí a vnitro-politický vývoj Egypta a Sjednocené arabské republiky). Práce bude vycházet ze sekundární literatury, vydaných pramenů, zejména z fondů Politického byra a později Předsednictva ÚV KSČ, zvažoval jsem také použití fondu kanceláře 1. tajemníka Antonína Novotného, jsou v něm však stejné dokumenty jako ve fondech Politického byra a Předsednictva a řada dokumentů v tomto fondu není (Národní archiv Praha), a dále z fondu Archivu ministerstva zahraničních věcí. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se obchodní vztahy mezi oběma zeměmi v daném období vyvíjely, zda se upřednostňovalo politické nebo ekonomické hledisko vztahů a také jestli se Československo stalo pouze distributorem zbraní konstruovaných a vyráběných v Sovětském svazu nebo zda se Egyptu/SAR podařilo úspěšně prodat i zbraně a techniku československé konstrukce a původu.

(in English): Topic of this work is to describe the czechoslovakian-egyptian trade relationships in 50's and 60's years of the 20th centruy with a focus on the supplies of weapons into Egypt and the United Arab Republic. In the work will be also outlined a development of the Middle East in a given period (like a context for the topic i will look on a rise of State Israel, arab-israel's wars, influence of the superpowers a inner political developmnet of Egypt and the United Arab Republic). The work will come from the secondary literature, published sources, mainly from the funds of the Political bureau, Bureau of the Central committee of the KSČ, i was also thinking about use of the fund from the office of the 1st secretary Antonín Novotný, but in this fund are the same documents like in the funds of Political bureau, Bureau of Central committee and many documents are not in this fund (National archive Prague) and than from the fund of the Archive of the foreign department. The objective of this fork is to find out a development of the trade relationships between the both states in a given period, if were more important political of economical aspects of the relationships and also if the Czechoslovakia was a only distributor of the weapons which were constructed and manufactured in the Soviet union...
