Čistota nelegálních drog (pervitinu, heroinu a kokainu) v České republice

Abstract

Práce se zabývá čistotou nelegálních drog pervitinu, heroinu a kokainu v širším kontextu. Práce obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem části teoretické je blížeji čtenáře seznámit s vybranými nelegálními drogami a krátce představit oblasti, s nimiž je čistota těchto látek spojena. Kromě základních informací o těchto ND práce obsahuje informace o distribuci a záchytech nelegálních drog v ČR a zabývá se oblastí mezinárodního trhu s nelegálními drogami z pohledu velkoobchodní úrovně. Dále se teoretická část zabývá samotnou čistotou ND a látkami, kterými jsou nelegální drogy (pervitin, heroin, kokain) ředěny (látkami, které se přidávají do ND s různými motivacemi, především však ekonomickými). Součástí je také rozvaha autorů Broséus, J., Gentile, N., Esseiva, P. (2015) nad užitečností a využitím systému sběru dat o drogových trzích na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Posledním tématem této části jsou metody analýzy ND. Praktická část si klade tři cíle. Prvním cílem této práce je sekundární analýza záchytů a čistot nejužívanějších ředitelných nelegálních drog v ČR v mezinárodním srovnání (pervitin, heroin a kokain). This thesis deals with the purity of the illegal drugs methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin, and its implications in a broader context. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part provides background information about the abovementioned illegal drugs. In addition to basic information about these illegal drugs the thesis contains information about the distribution and seizures of illicit drugs in the Czech Republic and is engaged in the field of international illicit drug market in terms of the wholesale level. Furthermore the work deals with the purity of illegal drugs itself and the substances which are illegal drugs (methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine) cut by (substances that are added to illegal drugs with different motivations, mainly economic ones). Other part of the thesis is a balance sheet by Broséus, J. Gentile, N., Esseiva, P. (2015) over the usefulness and utilization of the system for collecting data on drug markets at national and international level.
