Užívání návykových látek u dětí a adolescentů v kontextu jejich léčby v Dětské psychiatrické nemocnici

Abstract

SHRNUTÍ Bakalářská práce nazvaná Užívání návykových látek u dětí a adolescentů v kontextu jejich léčby v Dětské psychiatrické nemocnici je zaměřena na zkušenosti hospitalizovaných dívek s užíváním legálních i nelegálních návykových látek. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu cílové skupiny. Dále pak nastiňuje varovné signály, rizika a faktory vzniku závislosti. Praktická část bakalářské práce mapuje zkušenosti s užíváním návykových látek u dotazovaných dívek. Dále zjišťuje, kdy dívky začaly s užíváním návykových látek a z jakého důvodu. Výzkumný soubor zahrnoval čtyři dívky hospitalizované v Dětské psychiatrické nemocnici. Výzkum byl prováděn polostrukturovanými rozhovory. Na základě výzkumných otázek byla provedena analýza rozhovorů a jejich porovnávání s výsledky studie ESPAD. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že dotazované dívky nejčastěji užívají cigarety, alkohol a marihuanu. Většina uvedla zkušenost s užitím návykové látky do 15 let. Zkoumaná skupina nejčastěji začala s užíváním návykových látek mezi kamarády. Vzhledem k pohlavní homogenitě výzkumného vzorku by bylo v budoucnu přínosné realizovat obdobný projekt na skupině chlapců a získané závěry porovnat. The bachelor thesis called Abuse of addictive substances by children and adolescents in context of their therapy in the Children's Psychiatric Hospital is focused on experience of hospitalized girls with abuse of legal and illegal addictive drugs. The theoretical part deals with description of the target group. Furthermore it outlines warning signals, risks and factors of becoming addicted. The practical part of the bachelor thesis surveys experience of the hospitalized girls with abuse of the addictive drugs. Furthermore it finds, when the girls started abusing the addictive drugs and why. The research file contained four girls hospitalized in the Children's psychiatric hospital. The research is carried out by means of semi-structured interviews. On the research questions, an analysis of interviews is made as well as their comparison to results of the ESPAD study. It results from the research that the interviewed girls most often use cigarettes, alcohol and marihuana. The most of them stated experience with abuse of an additive substance till the age of 15 years. The surveyed group most often started abusing additive drugs among friends.
