| dc.description.abstract | This paper focuses on the determinants of company performance transforming economies in general and on the relatively rarely discussed managerial abilities among them in particular. The study focuses Czech specifics at the end of the 1990's . The second part of this study looks at an example of a green field investment of a foreign company in the Czech Republic.
