Vyšehradská skupina V4: vznik, výsledky a perspektívy ďalšej spolupráce

Abstract

Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa venuje sub-regionálnej spolupráce v strednej Európe v rámci Vyšehradskej skupiny. Cieľom práce je poukázať na rolu, ktorú Vyšehradská spolupráca zohrala počas demokratickej transformácie Česka, Maďarska, Poľska a Slovenska a integrácie štátov do EÚ a NATO. Práca sa venuje ekonomickej, politickej a kultúrnej spolupráce Vyšehradskej skupiny od jej založenia až do súčasnosti. V závere práce poukazujem na životaschopnosť Vyšehradskej štvorky v rozšírenej EÚ, keď spoločná reprezentácia strednej Európy zostáva naďalej dôležitá a skúsenosť vyšehradských štátov môže byť príkladom pre transformáciu bezprostredného susedstva EÚ.

This thesis is dedicated to the sub-regional cooperation in Central Europe within the framework of the Visegrad Group. The aim of the thesis is to describe the role of the Visegrad cooperation in the democratic transformation of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia and integration to the EU and NATO. The thesis investigates the economic, political and cultural cooperation of the Visegrad Group since its establishment until today. In the conclusion I point out the viability of the Visegrad four in the enlarged EU, when the joint representation of Central Europe remains crucial and the experience of the Visegrad countries can be exemplary for the transformation of the EU's immediate neighborhood.
