Ergoterapeutická intervence u pacientů s poruchou funkce ruky po chirurgické léčbě

Abstract

bakalářské práce Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou chirurgické léčby ruky u pacientů s poruchou funkce ruky a následnou ergoterapeutickou intervencí a pacientů, kteří tuto léčbu absolvovali. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části-teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána funkce ruky a možnosti její poruchy. Následně jsou v práci popsány principy chirurgické léčby u různých onemocnění a poranění ruky, která poškozují její funkci. Další část se týká intervence ergoterapeuta u pacientů, kteří chirurgickou léčbu ruky podstoupili. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky, metodologii a zpracované výsledky a diskuzi. První kazuistika se věnuje pacientce se syndromem karpálního tunelu řešeného chirurgickou léčbou. Druhá kazuistika se zabývá pacientem s poraněním flexoru II. prstu na levé horní končetině. Při zpracování bylo zjištěno, že ergoterapie je nedílnou součástí rehabilitace po chirurgických výkonech na ruce. Pomáhá zlepšit úchopovou funkci ruky a koordinaci pohybu a uplatňuje se při získávání co největší možné soběstačnosti pacientů po chirurgické léčbě ruky. Na většině pracovišť, zabývajících se chirurgií ruky, však ergoterapie součástí rehabilitace není, což je v České republice velký nedostatek. This bachelor's thesis deals with the surgical treatment of patients with hand impaired function and subsequent intervention of occupational therapy, and the patients who underwent this treatment. Thesis is divided into two parts-theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the function of the hand and the possibilities for its disorders. Subsequently, thesis describes the principles of surgical treatment of various diseases and hand injuries that impair its function. Another part relates to intervention of occupational therapist in patients who underwent surgical treatment of hand. The practical part contains two casuistries, methodology and processed results and discussion. The first casuistry deals with patient with carpal tunnel syndrome solved by surgery. The second casuistry deals with a patient with finger's flexor injury on the left upper limp. During processing has been found that occupational therapy is integral to rehabilitation after hand surgery. Occupational therapy helps to improve the function of the hand grip and the coordination of movement and it is important for gaining the greatest possible self- sufficiency of patients after surgical treatment of hand.
