Abstract

Jakub Jeníček Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Využití elektroterapie k ovlivnění spasticity u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tématem bakalářské práce je využití elektroterapie k ovlivnění spasticity u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je stručně popsána problematika týkající se cévní mozkové příhody, regulace svalového napětí a spasticity. Převážně je zde uvedena provedená rešerše dostupných literární zdrojů na téma elektroterapie s antispastickým účinkem. Tyto poznatky vychází zejména z výsledků uskutečněných zahraničních studií, které jsou vzájemně porovnávány. Praktická část obsahuje dvě kazuistiky pacientů, kteří prodělali cévní mozkovou příhodu a je u nich přítomná spasticita m. triceps surae. Na daný sval je pět dní po sobě aplikována Dvoukanálová elektrická stimulace dle Janstch. Je sledován její vliv na spasticitu, která byla vyšetřena pomocí škály Five-Step Clinical Assessment dle Gracies před první a bezprostředně po páté terapii. Title: The use of electrotherapy to influence spasticity in patients after stroke Abstract: The theme of bachelor thesis is the use of electrotherapy to influence spasticity in pacients after stroke. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is described the issue concerning stroke, regulation of muscles tention and spasticity. Mostly there is stated performed research of accessible literary sources on the theme electrotherapy with antispastic effect. These findings come out mostly of the results of foreign studies, which are being mutually compared. Pratical part contains of two case reports of patients, who suffered a stroke and spasticity m. triceps surae has occured in them. On the concrete muscle the stimulation according to Janstch is being applicated for five days. The impact on spasticity is being observed, the spasticity had been examined by using the scale Five-step clinical assessment according to Gracies before the first therapy and instantly after the fifth therapy. Further the changes of parameters, which are desribed by the stated scale, had been observed.
