Spolek právníků "Všehrd" ve 20. letech 20. století

Abstract

Tématem práce je významná studentská organizace Spolek právníků Všehrd a jeho činnost v prvním desetiletí Československé republiky. Práce se zaměřuje na veřejný život Všehrdu v rámci pražského studentského hnutí. Prvním cílem je popsat vnitřní vývoj spolku a jeho postavení v rámci československé právní obce. Hlavním účelem této studie je však zmapovat angažovanost právníků v době studentských nepokojů na podzim roku 1929 a odpovědět na otázku, proč se spolek rozhodl odhlasovat rezoluci na podporu numeru clausu proti zahraničním studentům. Hlavní pramennou základnu tvoří zejména dobový tisk nebo fond Všehrdu v Archivu Univerzity Karlovy.

The focus of this bachelor thesis is "The Všehrd Association of Lawyers", a renowned student's organisation in the 1920s. The main focus of the thesis is the public life of Všehrd within the Prague movement. Firstly, a description of the activities, and the organisational structure, of association will be delivered however; the objective of this writing is to analyse the involvement of Všehrd in the student demonstrations of autumn 1929. The writing will then attempt to answer the questions, why did the Všehrd decide to approve the proposal supporting implementation of "numerus clausus" against foreign students. This thesis is based on the then print and documents from Archive of Charles University in Prague.
