Vztah k druhému a duchovní vzestup

Abstract

Cílem této práce je prozkoumat, zda existuje nějaká propojenost mezi rozví- jením vztahu s druhými lidmi a individuálním usilováním o nejvyšší poznání, a jakou má případně taková propojenost sféry společenské a epistemologické (či teologické) podobu. Práce se pokouší skrze rozbor díla Já a Ty M. Bu- bera, pasáží z Kritiky čistého rozumu a Základů metafyziky mravů I. Kanta tematizovat, jaké druhy vztahů se světem, s druhými lidmi a s duchovní sférou člověk může zaujímat. V rámci celé této oblasti vztahů chce dále vy- zdvihnout zejména specifičnost vztahu mezilidského. Na základě zvláštnosti tohoto druhu vztahu by následně mohla být ukázána jeho výsadní vztaže- nost k určitému typu poznávání, nebo naopak jeho irelevance při duchovním vzestupu jedince, či dokonce bude muset být připuštěna možnost, že je při tomto procesu nutné vzdát se veškeré opory v mezilidských vztazích. Ať už výstup této úvahy bude jakýkoli, platí, že pokud jsme bytosti existující ve světě a pohybující se ve sféře každodenního života, tak se z angažovanosti v mezilidských vztazích nemůžeme vyvázat a z duchovní oblasti se do každo- dennosti musíme minimálně opakovaně vracet, a proto se dále budu zabývat tím, jaký vliv má ona nejvyšší duchovní oblast, které jsme schopni se podle obou zmíněných autorů dotknout, na náš etický život. 1

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate the connection between de- veloping relationships with other people and individual effort on the highest knowledge. Its intention is to examine the form of this connection between social and epistemological (or theological) sphere. Through the analysis of M. Buber's work I and Thou and I. Kant's Critique of Pure Reason and Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals, the thesis attempts to present and clarify what kind of relationships can we adopt towards the world, other people, and spiritual sphere. Within the scope of these relatioships, the thesis wish to emphasise the specificity of interpersonal relationship. Afterwards, on the grounds of this specifity, it should be shown whether there is any spe- cial mutual dependance between interpersonal relationship and the higher knowledge. However, it might be also shown that there is not such depen- dance or even that in striving for higher knowledge and spiritual growth, it is necessary to surrender all finite things including interpersonal relation- ships. Whatever the outcome of this reflection might be, we are still human beings dealing with everyday circumstances of ordinary life.
