Abstract

Obhospodařování a administrace investičních fondů. Účelem této diplomové práce je uceleně pojednat o právní úpravě obhospodařování a administrace investičních fondů v České republice. Diplomová práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje věcné působnosti zákona o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech. Cílem této kapitoly je vymezit, ve vztahu ke kterým činnostem se uplatní regulace obhospodařování a administrace investičních fondů na základě zákona o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech. Druhá kapitola je věnována obhospodařování investičních fondů. Cílem této kapitoly definovat obsah pojmu obhospodařování investičních fondů, obhospodařovatele a pravidel pro výkon jeho činnosti. Třetí kapitola je věnována administraci investičních fondů. Cílem třetí kapitoly je vymezit pojem administrace investičních fondů, administrátora a pravidel pro výkonu jeho činnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola krátce pojednává o osobě depozitáře, kdy cílem této kapitoly je vymezení jeho postavení ve vztahu k obhospodařování a administraci investičních fondů. Závěrečná pátá kapitola se v krátkosti věnuje osobě hlavního podpůrce, kdy rovněž zkoumá vymezení jeho postavení ve vztahu k obhospodařování a administraci investičních fondů. Management and administration of investment funds. The purpose of this thesis is to comprehensively present a legal regulation of management and administration of investment funds in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the material scope of Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds. Purpose of this chapter is to determine, in relation to which activities apply the regulation of management and administration of investment funds pursuant to the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds. The second chapter is dedicated to the management of investment funds. The aim of this chapter is to define the management of investment funds, Management Company and the rules for the performance of its activities. The third chapter is dedicated to the administration of investment funds.
