Zabývá se kompetencemi všeobecných sester a jejich právní odpovědností. Praktická část referuje o výzkumu, který proběhl ve velké nemocnici s účastí 91 respondentů. Referuje o jejich informovanosti, znalosti kompetencí a právním povědomí. Diskuse a závěr podávají souhrn o získaných výsledcích.
