Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou subarachnoidální krvácení

Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou subarachnoidální krvácení Cíl práce: Získání a zpracování teoretických poznatků o anatomii, etiologii, klasifikaci subarachnoidálního krvácení. Dále pak o využití diagnostických a léčebných metod. Cílem speciální části je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s tímto onemocněním společně s návrhem terapie a jejím praktickým provedením. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce má dvě části, obecnou a speciální. Obecná část obsahuje teoretické poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě, mezi které řadíme anatomii cévního zásobení mozku, etiologii, klasifikaci CMP, rizikové faktory společně s prevencí, klinickými příznaky, diagnostikou a fyzioterapeutickým přístupem. Speciální část je věnována kazuistice fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou subarachnoidálního krvácení. Obsahuje kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle, terapie a závěrečné vyšetření. V závěru speciální části je shrnutý efekt prováděné terapie. Tato část byla zpracována během souvislé odborné praxe v ÚVN v období od 9. 1. - 3. 2. 2017. Výsledek: Stav pacientky byl před a po terapiích rozdílný. Title: Physiotherapy case study of a patient with subarachnoid stroke Objectives: The objective of this case study is to obtain and process with theoretical findings about anatomy, etiology and clasification of subarachnoid stroke, also the usage of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The objective of a special part is elaboration of patient's casuistry with such a disease in connection with therapy proposal and its practical implementation. Methods: This Bachelor thesis consists of 2 parts - general and special one. The general one contains teoretical knowledge about stroke which includes anatomy, etiology, clasification of stroke, risk factors with prevention, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and phisiotherapeutical approach. The special part of this thesis is dedicated to casuistry of physiotherapeutical care of patient with stroke diagnosis. It contains of kineziological examination, short-term and long-term targets, therapy and the final physical examination. The conclusion of the special part describes the effect of the therapy carried out.
