Abstract

A KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Sociálně pedagogické cíle komunitních projektů při práci s menšinami Klíčová slova: Komunita, komunitní práce, komunitní projekt, menšina, sociálně pedagogické cíle, polostrukturovaný rozhovor, terénní sonda Tématem diplomové práce jsou komunitní projekty v České republice a jejich sociálně pedagogické cíle. Charakter práce je teoreticko-výzkumný. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako komunita, komunitní práce, komunitní projekt, menšina a příklady organizací pracující s menšinami prostřednictvím komunitních projektů. Výzkumná část je založena na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech v rámci terénní sondy, která perspektivou obyvatel obce vyjadřuje jejich pohled na organizaci Český západ, zapojení obyvatel do realizace komunitních projektů, jaké projekty jsou vysoce významné, jaké dovednosti získali a v jakých situacích vyhledávali služby této organizace do roku 2015. Jejich výpovědi jsou analyzovány a interpretovány vzhledem k jednotlivým cílům této práce. Na základě této sondy bylo zjištěno, že pro informanty bylo nejdůležitější získání zaměstnání. Závěr práce shrnuje informace z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. The nature of work is theoretical work and research. In the theoretical part are defined basic concepts like community, community work, community project, minority and examples of organizations working with minorities through community projects. Research is based on semi-structured interviews within field examine, which introduces a view to Organisation Český západ, public participation in the implementation of community projects, what projects are highly relevant, to the skills acquired and in what situations seek the services of this organization in 2015. Their utterances are analyzed and interpreted in relation to individual objectives of this work. On the basis of this examine it was found that for informants was important to by employed. The conclusion summarizes the information from the interviews.
