Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - obecné a speciální. Obecná část se věnuje teorii onemocnění ankylozující spondylitida a popisuje její zařazení v oblasti revmatologie, její klinický obraz a diagnostiku, která je pro léčbu klíčová. Dále se zaměřuje na komplexní léčbu této diagnózy, především pak na pohybovou terapii. Při vypracovávání obecné části jsem vycházela z české i cizojazyčné odborné literatury, jejíž seznam je uveden v kapitole Seznam použité literatury. Speciální část práce popisuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida. Tato část obsahuje celkovou anamnézu pacienta a vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, na jehož základě je navržený krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Dále jsou také uvedeny aplikované terapie a zhodnocení jejich efektivity. Podklady pro vypracování bakalářské práce jsem získala během své praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze, kterou jsem absolvovala v období 4. 1. - 29. 1. 2016.

The thesis is split into two parts - the general one and the special one. The general part focuses on the theory of the disease of ankylosing spondylitis and describes its placement in the field of rheumatology, its clinical image and diagnosis, which play an integral part in the treatment. Furthermore, it focuses on the complex treatment of this diagnosis, mainly on kinesitherapy. The general part is based on both Czech and foreign literature, which is listed in the chapter Reference List. The special part describes the casuistry of a patient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. This part contains the patients entire case history and an entry kinesiology examination, upon which a short term and a long term physiotherapeutic plan is based. It then presents applied therapies and an evaluation of their effectiveness. I gathered the basis for this thesis during my internship in the Institute of rheumatology in Prague, which took place from the 4th until the 29th of January 2016.
