Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Tato bakalářská práce měla za cíle prohloubit teoretické znalosti a praktické dovednosti související s diagnózou totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a fyzioterapeutické postupy využívané po jejím implantování. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, obecné, části se zabývá anatomií a kineziologií kyčelního kloubu, také pojednává o osteoartróze, která bývá jednou z nejčastějších příčin totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Dále studuje jednotlivé typy endoprotéz a operační přístupy. Nedílnou součástí je také část věnována rehabilitačnímu plánu pro pacienty s touto diagnózou, jenž zahrnuje předoperační rehabilitaci, časnou rehabilitaci po operačním výkonu a následnou rehabilitaci. Druhá, speciální, část zpracovává kazuistiku pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, zahrnuje zhodnocení efektu terapie s využitím porovnání vstupnímu a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of total hip replacement Aims: The aims of the bachelor thesis are to improve theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills connected with the diagnosis of total hip replacement and physiotherapeutic methods used after the implantation of an artificial hip joint. Summary: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, general part, deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint; it also deals with the osteoarthritis, which is the most common cause leading to the total hip replacement. Particular types of implants and operating approaches are dealt with, as well. A significant part of the thesis deals with the rehabilitation plan for patients with this diagnosis, including preoperative rehabilitation, early rehabilitation after the operation and following rehabilitation. The second, specialisted part, deals with the casuistry of a patient after the implantation of an artificial hip joint, including evaluation of the effects of the therapy by comparing the kinesiological analysis before and after the treatment.
