Přehledová studie nástrojů pro hodnocení bolesti

Abstract

Název práce: Přehledová studie nástrojů pro hodnocení bolesti. Cíl práce: Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření systematického přehledu nepoužívanějších, multidimenzionálních nástrojů (dotazníků) pro hodnocení bolesti u pacientů s nespecifickými bolestmi krční a bederní páteře. Z dostupných literárních zdrojů, popsat jejich využití, účel za jakým vznikly, jejich spolehlivost, platnost a nakonec dotazníky seřadit od nejvíce používaných a zhodnotit jejich výhody a nevýhody pro použití v běžné klinické praxi fyzioterapeuta. Metoda: Diplomová práce je zpracovaná formou systematického přehledu. Předmětem práce jsou nástroje hodnotící bolest, konkrétně v oblasti krční a bederní páteře. Byly vyhledány studie, obsahující dotazníky, které byly využity k hodnocení bolesti v oblasti krční a bederní páteře. Extrakce dat byla provedena dle předem zadaných kritérií. Nevyhovující studie byly vyřazeny. Po vyhledání a selekci odpovídajících dotazníků byla provedena obsahová analýza daných nástrojů, sestavení systematického přehledu od nejvíce používaných dotazníků a jejich kritické zhodnocení. Výsledky: Na základě celého souboru odpovídajících studií jsem popsala a zhodnotila 14 dotazníků. Pět z nich bylo navrženo konkrétně pro bolesti dolní části zad. Title: A systematic review of pain assessment tools Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to create a systematic review of the most widely used multidimensional tools (questionnaires) for assessing pain in patients with nonspecific pain of the cervical and lumbar spine. From the available sources, describe their use, the purpose it was generated for, their reliability, validity, and finally arrange the questionnaires from the most used and assess their advantages and disadvantages for use in clinical practice of physiotherapist. Method: The thesis is processed through a systematic review. The subject of the thesis are pain evaluating tools, especially in the cervical and lumbar spine. The studies containing questionnaires used to assess pain in the cervical and lumbar spine were searched out. Data extraction was carried out according to pre-specified criteria. Unsatisfactory studies were excluded. After the relevant questionnaires selection a content analysis of each tool was conducted, built a systematic review of the most commonly used questionnaires and their critical evaluation.
