Abstract

SOUHRN Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou cervikobrachiální syndrom Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s diagnózou cervikobrachiální syndrom, shrnutí teoretických poznatků, navržení terapie a sledování jejího průběhu. Metoda: Tato práce vznikla jako rešerše s případovou studií během odborné praxe konané od 6. 1. 2014 do 31. 1. 2014 v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze, kde jsem pracovala s pacientkou po transplantaci ledvin, která sem docházela na dialýzu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou častí - obecné a speciální. První (obecná) část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o ramenním kloubu z hlediska kineziologie, zahrnuje informace o nejčastějších diagnózách postihujících ramenní kloub, definici cervikobrachiálního syndromu a vzhledem k mé pacientce i základní informace o transplantaci ledvin a hemodialýze. Druhá (speciální) část popisuje kazuistiku pacienta s cervikobrachiálním syndromem, průběh navržené terapie a zhodnoceni jejího efektu. Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosis cervicobrachial syndrome. Aim: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is processing of the case study of a patient with diagnosis cervicobrachial syndrome, a summary of theoretical knowledge, designing therapy and monitoring its progress. Method: This thesis was created as a research with case study during continuous professional practice held from 6. 1. 2014 to 31. 1. 2014 at Institute of clinical and experimental medicine in Prague, where I was working with a patient after kidney transplantation who attended the dialysis there. The thesis is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of kinesiology of the shoulder joint, includes information on the most common diagnoses affecting shoulder joint, cervicobrachial syndrome definition and with respect to my patient's basic information on kidney transplantation and hemodialysis. The second (special) part describes case study of a patient with cervicobrachial syndrome, the process of suggested therapy and evaluation of its effect.
