Sociální exkluze pohledem obyvatel vyloučených lokalit, sociálních pracovníků a úředníků

Abstract

The theme of the thesis is the problem of social exclusion and socially excluded localities. The work deals with the view of inhabitants of socially excluded localities and experts who are involved in creating and implementing inclusive policies at the local level. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with the concept of social exclusion, its history and current discourse. The following describes why and who is most at risk of social exclusion, what are its causes and consequences. Since this work deals with the view of socially excluded localities, theoretical part also describes the origin and definition of these localities. The practical part consists of an analysis of interviews with respondents from among the inhabitants of excluded localities and experts. The aim is to determine how these actors of inclusive policies perceived problem of social exclusion and excluded areas. It is the task of the work to find out what are the biggest problems of inhabitants of socially excluded localities, what are the social links within the localities and how is the problem of social exclusion solved at the local level.

Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika sociální exkluze a sociálně vyloučených lokalit. Práce pojednává o pohledu obyvatel sociálně vyloučených lokalit a expertů, kteří se podílejí na vytváření a uplatňování inkluzivní politiky na lokální úrovni. Text je rozdělen na teoretickou část, jež se zabývá konceptem sociální exkluze, jeho historií a současným diskurzem. Dále je popsáno, kdo a proč je nejvíce ohrožen sociální exkluzí, jaké jsou její příčiny a důsledky. Jelikož se práce zaobírá pohledem obyvatel sociálně vyloučených lokalit, teoretická část popisuje také vznik a definici těchto lokalit. Praktická část je tvořena analýzou rozhovorů s respondenty z řad obyvatel vyloučených lokalit a expertů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak tito aktéři inkluzivní politiky vnímají problém sociální exkluze a vyloučených lokalit. Dále je úkolem práce zjistit, jaké jsou největší problémy obyvatel sociálně vyloučených lokalit, jaké jsou sociální vazby uvnitř lokalit a jak je problém sociální exkluze řešen na obecní úrovni.
