Specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po resekci jazyka na stomatochirurgickém oddělení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po resekci jazyka na stomatochirurgickém oddělení. Mezi cíle této práce patřilo zaměřit se na základy péče o pacienty po resekci jazyka a nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy, se kterými se mohou sestry setkat při péči o tyto pacienty. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část popisuje obor stomatologii a stomatochirurgii, anatomii a fyziologii dutiny ústní. Dále se zabývá orofaciální chirurgií a samotným výkonem resekce jazyka se zaměřením na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty po tomto výkonu. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části se můžeme dočíst o nejčastějších ošetřovatelských problémech u pacientů po resekci jazyka a je zde také popsán ošetřovatelský model Marjory Gordonové, který popisuje dvanáct vzorců zdraví a ze kterého bude vycházeno v části empirické. Empirická část je věnována vlastnímu výzkumnému šetření. Popisuje se zde metodika a organizace výzkumného šetření. Jednalo se o kvalitativní výzkum, kdy metodou sběru dat bylo vytvoření tří kazuistik neboli případových studií s následnou diskuzí. This thesis deal swith the specifics of nursing care for patiens with a resected tongue in the oral surgery department. The objectives of this work include focusing on the basics of care for patiens after a tongue resection and the most common problems nurses may encounter hen caring for these patients. The work consists of two parts: the theoretical and empirici parts. The theoretical part describes the field of dentistry and oral surgery, anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity. It also deals with orofacial surgery and the actual tongue resection procedure with a focus on nursing care for patiens after wards. In other chapters of the theoretical part we can read about the most common nursing problems in patiens after a tongue resection. In addition, the twelve patterns of health in Marjory Gordon's nursing model will be described for the empirical section. The empirical part is devoted to the research investigation. The thesis describes the metodology and organization of the research investigation. This was a qualitative research, the method of data collection was to create three case reports or case studies with follow discussion.
