Právní úprava práce dětí a mladistvých

Abstract

This thesis analyses the legal regulation of artistic, cultural, advertising and sporting activity of children and working conditions of youthful employees. The first chapters deal with the historical evolution of this legal regulation in the area of the Czech Republic, international legal regulation and legal regulation in the European Union. The focus of this thesis is laid on the contemporary legal regulation of work of children and youthful employees, especially in relation with the Act of Employment number 435/2004 Sb. and the Labour Code number 262/2006 Sb. Attention is also paid to the comparison of this legal regulation in Slovakia and Germany.

Tato práce pojednává o právní úpravě umělecké, kulturní, sportovní a reklamní činnosti dítěte a zvláštních pracovních podmínkách mladistvých zaměstnanců. Úvodní kapitoly se zabývají vývojem této právní úpravy na území České republiky, jejími mezinárodními aspekty a právní úpravou této problematiky v Evropské unii. Těžiště práce je zaměřeno na současnou úpravu práce dětí a mladistvých v České republice, zejména v zákoně č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti a v zákoně č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce. Pozornost je věnována také srovnání české právní úpravy s právní úpravou na Slovensku a v Německu.
