Vliv zpětné vazby učitele na motivaci žáků ve vyučování

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem zpětné vazby, již poskytuje učitel ve vyučování žákům na druhém stupni základní školy a v nižších ročnících víceletého gymnázia, a jejím vlivem na motivaci těchto žáků k učení. Zpětná vazba je nazírána z různých úhlů pohledu: jako hodnocení žáků ve vyučování a jako práce s chybou. Práce si dále klade za cíl popsat mechanismus, kterým učitelé poskytují zpětnou vazbu žákům ve škole v mikrorovině výukového dialogu. Předmětem zkoumání je tu především povaha této zpětné vazby; práce se pokouší odpovědět na otázku, jaké informace dostávají žáci o svém výkonu, zda a případně jak tyto informace ovlivňují motivaci žáků ve vyučování. V empirické části byly v rámci výzkumu kombinovány dvě, resp. tři výzkumné metody: výzkumná metoda pozorování, audiozáznam z vyučovacích hodin a explorativní technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jež byl veden se žáky - aktéry pozorovaných hodin. V navazujícím výzkumném šetření jsou kategorizovány projevy zpětné vazby učitele ve výukové situaci - výzkumnou metodou tu je opět pozorování vyučovacích hodin, audiozáznam a polostruktorovaný rozhovor. Pomocí informací získaných v ohniskových diskusích se žáky se pokouším usouvztažnit pozorované typy zpětné vazby učitele s motivací žáků k učení.

The thesis deals with the phenomenon of feedback which the teacher provides to upper primary students in lessons and this feedback's influence on students' motivation to learn. The feedback is regarded from different points of view: as an assessment of students in lessons and as work with an error. The aim of this work is also to describe the mechanism by which teachers provide feedback to pupils in microsphere of tutorial dialogue at school. The object of the research is primarily the character of this feedback; the thesis tries to answer the question what information students receive about their achievement, whether and how this information affects the students' motivation in the classroom. Two, respectively three methods have been combined at the empirical part of the research: observation, an audio recording of lessons and explorative technique of semi-structured interview, which was conducted with students from the lessons. In the following research study all manifestations of teacher's feedback in the teaching situation have been categorized: the method here is the observation of lessons again, an audio recording of the lessons and semi-structured interview.
