Kriminalita jako sociálně patologický jev ve městě

Abstract

Předkládaná práce je přehledovou studií, zaměřenou na kriminalitu jako na jednu z forem sociální patologie, její výskyt ve městě a prevenci na místní úrovni. Všímá si společensky negativních jevů, které jsou v rozporu s uznávanými společenskými hodnotami či platnými právními normami. Šíře a složitost příčin a podmínek jejich vzniku a vývoje si vyžaduje interdisciplinární, koncepční a systémové řešení této problematiky. Větší pozornost je v práci věnována architektonickému plánování prostředí jako prostředku bezpečnosti. Důraz je kladen na prevenci sociálně patologických jevů, na omezování a zmírňování faktorů, které vedou k sociálně patologickému chování. Úkolem prevence je chránit občany, resp. společnost před sociálně patologickými jevy, zmapovat je a dostat pod kontrolu. V rámci práce se ukázalo, že hl.m.Praha jako příklad velkoměsta, které dokázalo v poměrně krátké době vybudovat systém prevence kriminality. Základem preventivního systému je vytvořit síť programově, komunikačně a koncepčně propojených odborných pracovišť, aby bylo možné reagovat na celé spektrum sociálně patologických jevů a zajistit preventivní aktivity v oblasti primární, sekundární i terciární prevence. The study "Crime as one of the socio-pathologies in the city - preventive actions on the local level, social aspects of local security and safety, and the architectural and urban context" - focuses on the occurrence of crime in the city and ways of crime prevention. Crime has become a standard characteristic of the city life, which has in turn created the need to find ways of how to reduce and prevent it. The goal of this study is to describe the crime phenomenon in general, as well as in the city environment, present crime prevention as a way of handling crime, and to show how a concrete city - Prague - deals with this problem. It discusses how crime prevention is organized and who participates in the preventive actions, what the positive, as well as negative, points of the organizations are, what needs for changes exist, and what is involved with achieving them. The study is an overview of the problem of urban crime, based on theoretical materials, former statistics and analyses, and as well on an interview with a coordinator of crime prevention at the city level in Prague.
