Europeizace sociálního dialogu v ČR

Abstract

Cílem této práce je zhodnotit europeizaci sociálního dialogu v ČR, tj. změnu sociálního dialogu v souvislosti s vlivem EU. Změna je přitom zkoumána v následujících pěti oblastech: pravomoci a legitimita sociálních partnerů, "obsah" sociálního dialogu, socializace, strategie prosazování zájmů a institucionální struktura sociálního dialogu. Integrace ČR do EU vč. členství sociálních partnerů v evropských federacích sociálních partnerů má velký potenciál pro ovlivnění sociálního dialogu v ČR. Práce nicméně dospívá k závěru, že na národní úrovni existují určité bariéry, které brání plnému působení europeizace. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the europeanization of social dialogue in the Czech Republic, i.e. the change of social dialogue vis-à-vis the influence of the EU. The change is explored in relation to five areas: the competences and legitimity of social partners, the "content" of social dialogue, socialization, strategies of interest representation and institutional structures of social dialogue. The integration of the Czech Republic into the EU incl. the membership of social partners in European federations of social partners has a considerable potential to influence social dialogue in the Czech Republic.
