5 ANOTACE Tato práce si klade za cíl informovat o zása dách pé č e o nemocné, umírající a poz ů stalé v kontextu pastorace ř ímsko - katolické církve. Teoretická č ást se zabývá pohledem Písma svatého na smrt, samotnou smrtí a pé č í o poz ů stalé z pohledu pastora č ního a nejvhodn ě jšími p ř ístupy k umírajícím osobám. V praktické č ásti je vyhodnocen dotazník, který se zabývá pohledem kn ě ží a kandidát ů kn ě žství na otázky umíráni a smrti. 6 ABSTRACT This thesis aims to provide information about the p rinciples of the care for the seriously ill, the dying, and the berieved in the context of the R oman-Catholic Church's pastoral activies. The theoretical section deals with the death from t he Bible's perspective, then with the death as well as the care for the berieved from the pasto ral point of view, and finally with the most suitable approach towards the individuals. In the p ractical part of the thesis, I assess the questionnaire that explores priests' and candidates ' for priesthood attitudes towards the matter of death and dying.
