Pěstounská péče v České republice a v Anglii

Abstract

Systém péče o ohrožené děti prošel v České republice dlouhým vývojem, který vyústil v novele zákona o sociálně právní ochraně dětí č. 359/1999 Sb. Tento zákon přinesl mnoho nových změn zejména v úpravě systému náhradní rodinné péče, konkrétně ve změnách týkajících se pěstounské péče. Inspirací těchto změn byl, mimo jiné, systém náhradní rodinné péče v Anglii. Tato práce přibližuje vývoj anglického i českého systému péče o ohrožené děti a poukazuje na možné dopady novelizace podle toho, jak je hodnocena odborníky. V závěru na základě těchto poznatků popisuje možná úskalí implementace tohoto systému v českém prostředí. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The care system for vulnerable children in the Czech Republic went through significant development, which resulted in the amendment of the Social and Legal Protection of Children Act No. 359/1999 Coll. This SLP Act has brought number of changes, especially in looked after children system, where the foster care has become increasingly supported. The inspiration for this amendment was, among others, foster care system in England. This bachelor thesis describes the development of the English and Czech system of care for vulnerable children and points out the possible impacts of the amendment with the evaluation by experts. In conclusion, based on these findings, this work describes the possible limitation in implementation of this system in the Czech Republic. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
