Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s osteosyntézou hlezenního kloubu vpravo

Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s osteosyntézou hlezenního kloubu vpravo. Cíl práce: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacientky a teoretické i praktické seznámení se s tématem osteosyntézy po zlomenině hlezenního kloubu. Metodika: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, obecnou a speciální. V obecné části je probrána anatomie hlezenního kloubu, kineziologie a biomechanika nohy, traumatologie v této oblasti a fyzioterapeutické metody vhodné k léčbě po zlomenině v hlezenním kloubu. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacientky. Obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, plán a cíle terapie. Dále jsou zde podrobně rozepsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, následně kineziologický rozbor výstupní a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case report on physiotherapy care of a patient with an ankle joint osteosynthesis on the right side. Aim of the thesis: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to write up a case report of a patient and to compile theoretical and also practical explanation of the ankle joint osteosynthesis issue. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a general one and a special one. The general part deals with the anatomy of an ankle joint, kinesiology and biomechanics of the feet, traumatology in this area and physiotherapy methods suitable for a therapy after the fracture of an ankle joint. The special part is compiled as a case report of a patient. It contains an anamnesis, an input kinesiological analysis, plans and aims of the therapy. In the next step individual therapeutic entities, an output kinesiological analysis and the evaluation of a therapy effect are described there.
