Etiopatogeneze a možnosti konzervativní terapie u radikulárního syndromu dolních končetin

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou rešerše doplněná o kazuistiku pacienta. Práci tvoří systematický přehled problematiky radikulárních syndromů dolních končetin, včetně anatomických, kineziologických a zejména etiopatogenetických poznatků. Součástí práce jsou popsané klinické obrazy kořenových syndromů dolních končetin, jejich diagnostika a diferenciální diagnostika. Uvedení možností konzervativní terapie ve vztahu k oboru fyzioterapie a zhodnocení její úspěšnosti. Výše uvedené poznatky jsou aplikovány v přiložené kazuistice pacienta. Práce zdůrazňuje specifika konzervativní terapie se zaměřením na empirické poznatky v oboru rehabilitace a myoskeletální medicíny. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The thesis is developed in the form of research with a case study of a patient. The thesis consists of a systematic overview of issues connected with radicular syndromes of lower extremities, including anatomical, kinesiological and in particular ethiopathogenetical knowledge. Part of the work describes clinical symptoms of radicular syndromes of lower extremities, its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Conservative therapy is presented in relation to physiotherapy and its efficiency is evaluated. The findings are applied in an attached case study of a patient).
