Práce se zabývá problematikou mechanismů udržování posturální stability u pacientů s postižením cerebela. Práce shrnuje formou literární rešerže základní neurofyziologické poznatky týkající se vlivu cerebela na posturální stabilitu. V experimentální části práce je studován vliv změny aferentní informace ze somatosenzorického systému na posturální kontrolu stoje - hodnotíme pomocí stabilometrického vyšetření dopad hluboké masáže chodidla a aproximace kloubů dolních končetin na posturální stabilitu stoje. dc.description.abstractBachelor's thesis "Postural Stability in Patients with Cerebellar Ataxia" deals with the issue of postural stability related to patients with cerebellar lesion. The thesis summarizes the basic information ragarding the influence of cerebellum to the postural stability of the stance. In the experimental part of thesis, we assess the impact of deep foot massage and approximation of joints of lower limbs on the postural control measured with the force platform.
