Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ruptura Achillovy šlachy. Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení a shrnutí teoretických i praktických poznatků o ruptuře Achillovy a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta na danou diagnózu. Souhrn: Práce se skládá z části obecné a speciální. Obecnou část tvoří rešeršní zpracování literatury k danému tématu. Na začátku se věnuji anatomicko- kineziologickým poznatkům postižené oblasti, a následně se zabývám vznikem, patogenezí, symptomatologií a léčbou tohoto zranění. Speciální část tvoří kazuistika pacienta s rupturou Achillovy šlachy. Tato část se skládá z anamnézy, vyšetření, následné terapie a v závěru zhodnocení efektu terapie. Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with Achilles tendon rupture diagnosis Aims: The aim of this work is explanation and summary of theoretical and practical knowledge about the Achilles tendon rupture and a case study of patient with such diagnosis. Summary: The thesis consists of general and special part. The general part is a research of literature about the topic. At the beginning I focus on anatomical and kinesiological knowledge about the affected area, then I follow up etiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology and treatment of the injury. Special part is a case study of patient with the Achilles tendon rupture. This part consists of anamnesis, examination, follow-up therapy and concludes with the evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Keywords: Achilles tendon, rupture, physiotherapy, case study
