Komentovaný překlad: Emma Sánchez Montañés: La cerámica precolombina: el barro que los indios hicieron arte

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce má dvě části. První část je praktická a tvoří ji překlad několika počátečních kapitol z knihy La cerámica precolombina: el barro que los indios hicieron arte od Emmy Sánchez Montañésové ze španělštiny do češtiny. Jedná se o text, který popisuje vývoj keramiky a jejího pojetí jako umění v Latinské Americe. Druhá část, teoretická, je pak lingvistickým komentářem zmíněného překladu. V této části je zahrnuta překladatelská analýza dle modelu Christiane Nordové, kapitola o metodě překladu, popis překladatelských problémů na několika rovinách a jejich řešení a typologie překladatelských posunů. This bachelor thesis is comprised of two parts. The first part is practical and it is represented by a translation of several chapters from La cerámica precolombina: el barro que los indios hicieron arte written by Emma Sánchez Montañés. The text was translated from Spanish to Czech and it describes historical development of ceramics in Latin America. The second part of the thesis is theoretical and it is formed by a linguistic commentary of the translation. It consists of a translation-oriented text analysis made according to Nord's model, a chapter about the method of translation, a description of translation problems on several different levels and their solutions, and a typology of shifts in the translation.
