Abstract

Milovaný syn patriarchy Jákoba-Izraele-Josef, prožívá v biblickém příběhu výrazné vzestupy i pády a to jak ve vlastní rodině, tak v Egyptě, kde se z otroka stává velmi mocným vládcem, zástupcem faraona. Práce se zaměřuje na popis klíčových vztahů při formaci této osobnosti, jak jí popisuje literárně jedinečné biblické vyprávění. Významným pramenem této práce je publikace Clause Westermanna: Joseph.
