Role nestátního neziskového sektoru v problematice náhradní výchovy v České republice

Abstract

The summary goal of this thesis is to characterize how the issue of alternative child care in the Czech Republic is solved, to characterize the system of alternative child care and it's problematical areas, and also to analyze the role of non-profit organizations in the society generally, and specifically in the solving of issue of alternative child care in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with concept of civil society, with typology of its organizations and their functions in the society, and also with chosen theories which explain functions of non- profit organizations in the society, and also with the history and the present of these organizations in the Czech Republic. Afterwards this theses characterize the system of the care of endangered children in the Czech Republic, the system of the alternative care of children and also contemporary reform of the care of endangered chidren and its important concepts of psychological deprivation of the children in institutional care and of rehabilitation of family. Souhrnným cílem této práce je charakterizovat způsob řešení problematiky náhradní výchovy dětí v České republice, zdejší systém náhradní výchovy dětí a jeho problematické oblasti, a dále analyzovat roli, již hrají neziskové organizace ve společnosti obecně, a konkrétně potom v rámci řešení problematiky náhradní výchovy dětí v České republice. V teoretické části práce se zabývám konceptem občanské společnosti, jejími organizacemi, jejich typologií a funkcemi ve společnosti a vybranými teoriemi osvětlujícími roli organizací občanského sektoru ve společnosti, a rovněž historií a současností těchto organizací v České republice. Dále pak charakterizují systém péče o ohrožené děti v České republice, systém náhradní výchovy dětí v České republice, a zabývám se v současné době probíhající reformou péče o ohrožené děti a jejími důležitými výchozími koncepty, konceptem psychické deprivace dětí v ústavní péči a konceptem sanace rodiny. V empirické části práce pak, na základě kvalitativní analýzy textů a dokumentů a realizovaných polostrukturovaných rozhovorů prezentuji, jakou formou a ve kterých oblastech se angažují a kterým činnostem se konkrétně věnují neziskové organizace v rámci řešení problematiky náhradní výchovy dětí v České republice, jak se tyto neziskové organizace podílejí na naplňování cílů...
