Právní aspekty ošetřovatelské profese

Abstract

This title of the thesis is "Legal aspects of the nursing profession". The theoretical part of the thesis describes legal liability, nurse's rights and duties arising from the practise of the nurse profession determined by legislation. This part of the thesis is also focused on the Law about nonmedical care professions. The empirical part of the thesis target the survey of knowledge and adoption of the legislation in practise. At the conclusion there is an evalution of the concrete findings arising from the empirical part.

Název této práce je Právní aspekty ošetřovatelské profese. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy právní odpovědnosti, práva a povinnosti zdravotních sester, které pro ně plynou z výkonu ošetřovatelské profese a jsou upraveny právními předpisy, a dále zákon o nelékařských zdravotnických povoláních. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na průzkum znalostí a praktického osvojení si těchto právních předpisů zdravotními sestrami. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny konkrétní poznatky plynoucí z empirické části.
