Bolest u pacientů po kardiochirurgické a hrudní operaci

Abstract

POSIPÍŠILOVÁ, Lenka Postoperative pain after cardiac and thoracic surgery The bachelor dissertation is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The pain is defined generally in theoretical part, description of the cardiosurgery and the thoracic surgery is in the next part and finally the separate chapter about postoperative pain. This part is finished by demonstration of improving the postoperative analgesia. The level of present postoperative analgesia on the ICU is evaluated through the use of the anonymous questionary and in next part results and suggestions for improving postoperative pain are presented. Results: average value of intensity of pain, which was evaluated by use of the VAS (visual analog scale), is 5,1 in category A, 6,8 in category B and 5,8 in category C. These values are high. On the contrary the patients are almost satisfied with postoperative analgesia care on our ward.

V teoretické části je definován bolest obecně, dále stručný nástin kardiochirurgie a hrudní chirurgie a samostatná kapitola o pooperační bolesti Teoretická část končí ukázkou zlepšování léčby pooperační bolesti. V empirické části je pomocí anonymního dotazníku zmapována úroveň současné léčby pooperační bolesti na JIP, dále prezentace výsledků a návrhy pro možné zlepšení léčby pooperační bolesti. Z výsledku výzkumu vyšlo, že průměrná hodnota intenzity bolesti měřená VAS a zaznamenaná pacienty na "teploměru bolesti" je 5,1 u kategorie A, 6,8 u kategorie B, 5,8 u kategorie C. Tato hodnota je vysoká. Na druhé straně vyšlo, že pacienti jsou více méně spokojeni se současnou léčbou pooperační bolesti na našem pracovišti.
