Úloha porodní asistentky v oblasti plánovaného rodičovství

Abstract

SHRNUTÍ V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena nutnost regulace rozmnožování lidského rodu, neboť populační exploze, kterou odstartovala agrární revoluce, jež byla v minulosti zpomalena množstvím nemocí a infekcí, by vedla k přelidnění planety. Antikoncepční snahy mající kořeny ve starověku vedly k vývoji řady metod různé spolehlivost. V kompetenci porodní asistentky je poskytovat kvalitní zdravotní výchovu na podporu zdravějšího rodinného života, plánování těhotenství a pozitivního rodičovství. Tyto kompetence vyplývající ze strategických dokumentů však česká porodní asistentka nemá. Cílem empirické části bylo zjistit míru informovanosti českých žen užívajících hormonální antikoncepci a jejich pohled na roli porodní asistentky v oblasti plánovaného rodičovství.

The theoretical part of the thesis explains the necessity of regulation the human reproduction since the population explosion launched by the agrarian revolution that was reduced by the number of illnesses and infections would lead to overpopulation. The contraceptine efforts having their roots in the ancient times led to the development of methods which vary as far as reliability is concerned . A midwife is in charge of providing high- quality health education to promote healthier family life, family planning and positive parenthood. Unfortunately, the Czech midwives have none of these authorities arising from the strategic documents. The aim of the empirical part is to find out to what extent the Czech women usány hormonal contraception are informed as well as their view on the role of a midwife in the sphere of family planning.
