Vzdělávací potřeby ředitelů mateřských škol v různých etapách jejich profesní dráhy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzdělávacími potřebami ředitelů mateřských škol v různých etapách jejich profesní dráhy a možnostmi dalšího vzdělávání pro tyto pracovníky. Vzhledem k šířce tématu, je tato problematika zúžena na ředitele mateřských škol v Ústeckém kraji a nabídkou dalšího vzdělávání v tomto regionu. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury, platných právních předpisů, různých internetových zdrojů a také z vlastních zkušeností. Podkladem pro výzkumnou část se stalo šetření formou dotazníku a jeho následné vyhodnocení. Práce přináší pohled na rozdílnost vzdělávacích potřeb ředitelů mateřských škol na počátku jejich profesní praxe a v jejím závěru. A odpovídá na otázku, zda je i pro pracovníky s dlouholetými zkušenostmi z oblasti vedení mateřské školy nabídka dalšího vzdělávání dostatečná. The bachelor thesis deals with educational needs of kindergarten headmasters in different stages of their professional practice and with opportunities of further education for these workers. Considering the scope of the topic, this broad subject is narrowed down to the kindergarten headmasters in the region of Ústí nad Labem and training opportunities in the region. The theoretical part is based on technical literature applicable laws and regulations, various internet sources and also on our own experience. The basis for the research part was a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation. The work gives an insight into the diversity of educational needs of kindergarten headmasters at the beginning of their professional practice and in the end of it. It also answers the question, whether there is sufficient offer of further education even for workers with years of experience in management of kindergartens.
