Osudové ženy v beletrii Ladislava Klímy : genderové archetypy v dílech Utrpení knížete Sternenhocha a Slavná Nemesis

Abstract

This thesis is a literary analysis that discusses gender archetypes within two extensive literary works of Ladislav Klíma which he adapted into final pieces: Sufferings of Prince Sternenhoch and Glorious Nemesis. The methodological and theoretical part of the work examines the question of literary canon, defends feminist criticism as a legitimate approach to text analysis, looks back at the relatively short history of the use of gender as an analytical category, and represents a method of resistant reading. It also reflects the inspirational source of Klíma's authorship, the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche with an emphasis on gender aspects. Using classical feminist texts, works of literary theory, and the works that are central (not exclusively to feminist) analysis of (not only literary) archetypes identifies (mostly) female literary characters with some of the traditional (but also less common) archetypes - mother, witch, goddess of justice and fate, collaborator, and others. Tato diplomová práce je literární analýzou, která pojednává o genderových archetypech ve dvou obsáhlejších beletristických dílech Ladislava Klímy, které jím byly upraveny do definitivní podoby: Utrpení knížete Sternenhocha a Slavná Nemesis. Metodologická a teoretická část práce problematizuje otázku literárního kánonu, obhajuje feministickou kritiku jako legitimní přístup k textu, ohlíží se za poměrně krátkou historií užití genderu jako analytické kategorie a představuje metodu vzdorného čtení. Reflektuje rovněž inspirační zdroj Klímovy tvorby, kterým je filosofie Friedricha Nietzsche, s důrazem na genderové aspekty. Za pomoci dnes již klasických feministických textů, prací o literární teorii a také děl, která jsou stěžejní pro (nejen feministický) rozbor (nejen literárních) archetypů, identifikuje (především) ženské literární postavy s některými z tradičních (i méně obvyklých) archetypů - matkou, čarodějnicí, bohyní spravedlnosti a osudu, kolaborantkou, a dalšími. Kromě archetypů se práce okrajově zabývá také jinými genderovými (literárními) aspekty, například problematikou stereotypně zobrazovaného ženství a mužství, pojímáním žen jako kapitálu, jejich spojením s přírodou nebo ženskou sexualitou, která je stále mnohdy analyzována na základě psychoanalytické teorie Sigmunda Freuda.
