protection of atmosphere under international law, protection of ozone layer under international law, protection of climate under international lawRigorózní práce na téma Ochrana ozonové vrstvy a klimatu v mezinárodním právu je zaměřena na dvě významné oblasti ochrany atmosféry v rámci mezinárodního práva životního prostředí.
The thesis aimed at Protection of ozone layer and climate under international law is focused on the two important areas of atmosphere protection under international environmental law. It analyzes the international legal systems both from the point of view of historical development of the legal system and their current states, with emphasis on the most important international treaties and obligations of its parties. The purpose of the thesis is to compare both international legal systems and to interpret the results of the comparison with use of various factors which have influenced the state of the legislation. The contemporary evolution of international climatic protection demands an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of current legislation for the purpose of creating the new international treaty. A comparison with another similar international legal system can provide valuable information for the choice of legal tools for the future legislation as well as for evaluation of its possible influence on behaviour of the future parties.
