Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s revmatoidní artritidou Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo praktické využití získaných poznatků z oboru fyzioterapie a jejich uplatnění a následné zhodnocení při terapii u konkrétního pacienta, které obsahovalo vyšetření, návrh terapie, provedení terapie a zhodnocení výsledků. Metody: První část mé bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretickou problematiku revmatoidní artritidy. Obsahuje rozsáhlou část o klinickém obrazu, kterým se může revmatoidní artritida projevit. Zaměřila jsem se na projevy kloubní a na projevy mimokloubní neurologické. Dále jsem zpracovala různé druhy terapií, medikamentózních i nefarmakologických. Závěr obecné části práce je orientovaný na fyzioterapeutickou péči při dané diagnóze. Druhá část představuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou revmatoidní artritida, která vznikla na základě deseti-denní rehabilitace s pacientem v Revmatologickém Ústavu Praha, v termínu 11. až 21. 1. 2011. Tato část obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, záznam z terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis Aims: The main goal of my thesis was to use knowledge gained during studies of physiotherapy in a practical case of a patient treatment and to get feedback of the therapy that was used. The therapy included: an investigation, a proposal of the therapy, a procedure for the therapy and an evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Methods: The first part of my thesis is focused on the theoretical issue of rheumatoid arthritis. The main topic of this part is a clinical picture through which rheumatoid arthritis can come out. I also focused on arthral and non-arthral, neurological, symptoms. At the end of the thesis the physical therapy is discussed. The second part includes the actual diagnosis elaboration of a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
