Právní vymezení pracovní náplně učitele ZŠ v ČR a ve vybraných zemích a vnímání její časové náročnosti učiteli a řediteli

Abstract

Závěrečná bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní náplní učitele 2. stupně základní školy a její časovou náročností. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením této problematiky v české legislativě a jejím srovnáním s legislativní situací ve Slovenské republice a ve Finsku. Ve výzkumné části bakalářská práce zjišťuje názory učitelů i ředitelů na časovou náročnost učitelské práce a tyto následně vzájemně porovnává. K tomuto byly použity dva dotazníky, jeden z nich zjišťoval názory učitelů, druhý ředitelů. V závěrečné části jsou vymezeny základní legislativní rozdíly ve zkoumaných zemích a dále shrnuty informace o časové náročnosti učitelské práce vyplývající z dotazníkového šetření prováděného mezi učiteli a řediteli.

The bachelor thesis deals with the workload of the teachers of the secondary school and its time consumption. The theoretical part deals with defining the problem in Czech legislation and its comparison with the legal situation in the Slovak Republic and Finland. In the research of the thesis finds out the opinions of teachers and directors of the time spent by teachers on their job and these subsequently mutually compared. For this purposed are used two questionnaires, one of them investigates teachers' opinions, the other director's views. In the final part the thesis are analyzed the differences in the legislative of the mentioned countries and summarized information about the time-consumption of the teachers work arising from the survey conducted among teachers and principals.
