Gay pornografie jako afirmace a jako parodie. Genderové aspekty gay pornografie

Abstract

The aim of the work is the analysis of gay pornography from a gender perspective, which examines the anchoring process of gender and sexual stereotypes and the present opportunity and space for subversion or alternative reading. Particular attention is paid to the question of what role in the design and interpretation of these potentially subversive or affirmative moments plays a transgression of gender stereotypes and norms and related pornographic conventions based on heterosexist sexual dynamics and hierarchies. Furthermore, this work focuses on examining the role as a potential affirmative or parody pornography plays in relation to gay activism and emancipation movement, that focuses on the representation of collective identity and subculture and the structural transformation of these representations in commercially oriented pornography industry across time. For this purpose, the empirical part analysis of randomly selected gay pornographic images of Czech provenance of certain development stages of this genre in our country with a special emphasis on politics displaying protected and / or unprotected sex, and discursive compliance of these policies and their visual representations.

Cílem práce je analýza gay pornografie z genderového pohledu, která zkoumá ukotvovací procesy genderových a sexuálních stereotypů a současně možnosti a prostory pro jejich subverzi či alternativní čtení. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována otázce, jakou roli v konstrukci a interpretaci těchto potenciálně subverzivních či afirmativních momentů hraje transgrese genderových a stereotypů a norem a s nimi souvisejících pornografických konvencí zakládajících se na heterosexistických sexuálních dynamikách a hierarchiích. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje na zkoumání role, jakou potenciálně afirmativní nebo parodická pornografie sehrává ve vztahu ke gay aktivismu a emancipačnímu hnutí, tj. zaměřuje se na funkci reprezentace kolektivní identity a subkultur a na strukturální přeměny těchto reprezentací v komerčně orientovaném pornografickém průmyslu napříč časem. Za tímto účelem tvoří empirickou část práce analýza náhodně vybraných gay pornografických snímků české provenience z vybraných vývojových etap tohoto žánru u nás se zvláštním důrazem na politiku zobrazování chráněného a/nebo nechráněného sexu a diskurzivní podmíněnost těchto politik a jejich vizuálních reprezentací.
